Another Islamic year is going towards end but letting us joy the blessings of Ramazaan. Ramazan, the ninth month of Islamic calendar. The Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in this holy month. Let us count the 8 beautiful point, that why this month is so much blessed.

Fasting
Fasting is act of restraining oneself from eating from Sahar (Dawn) to Aftaar (Dusk).
Allah Almighty said in Quran,
“O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous”. (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:183)
It has good impact your physical, and mental health overall. But it is not only limited to food one has to keep him/her self away from all bad doings. Not to say bad, not to hear bad, and not to do anything bad.

Prevention of bad habits
Fasting in Ramzaan also help us to restrict our self from bad habits like smoking or any kind of addiction. As it restrains you from eating so if someone is smoker, he will have to control himself and in result he will learn to live without that bad habit.

Multiplication of prayer’s reward
During this month Muslims are rewarded in this life and life afterward specially for those who spend most of the time in praying in Masjid. But due to Covid-19 it is fine to pray at home with family.
There is also optional 6 days after the Ramzaan about the rewards. Let me quote a Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned,
“Whoever observes fasts during the month of Ramadan out of sincere faith, and hoping to attain Allah’s rewards, then all his past sins will be forgiven.”
(Hadith narrated by Abu Huraira, Sahih al-Bukhari)
During this month the rewards of prayer multiplied many times. The Nawafil (Optional) become equal to Sunnah in term of rewards and Sunnah (Compulsory) become equal to Faraz (Mandatory).

Door of Rayyan
Rayyan is a special door that will be only opened for those who will fast during Ramazaan keeping its spirit. And will be closes after that.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned,
“For those who fast, there is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Rayyan, through which no one but they will enter. When the last of them has entered it, it will be closed. Whoever enters through it will drink, and whoever drinks will never thirst again”. (Narrated by Sahi Bin Sad, Sunan an-Nasa’i)

Recitation of the Quran
Ramazaan is the month in which Quran revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). With relation to this, Muslims recite Quran as much as possible in this holy month.
Allah Almighty said in Quran.
“It was in the month of Ramadan that the Quran was revealed as guidance for mankind, clear messages giving guidance and distinguishing between right and wrong.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:185)
On another place in Quran, Allah Almighty said,
“And we send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss. (Surah Al-Isra 17:82)”
Quran is healing for Muslims because of its multiple rewards.

Laylatul Qadr
A Night Of Power or Decree in last 10 days of month of Ramazaan. It is found in odd days of last 10 days. The blessing of this holy night is that one who pray in this night will find numerous rewards of his/her prayers. They mystery of keeping only one night in 10 days is that to encourage prayers to do more pray and be closer to Allah (their creator).
Allah Almighty said in Quran.
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. (Surah Al-Qadr 97:3).
